We primarily process personal information received from our customers and other business partners in the course of our business relationship with them, or collected from users of our websites, apps and other applications. When you visit a Avelo website or web application, order or use a product, use Avelo software, contact us through one of our websites, software products or social networking sites, participate in an online survey or apply for a job with Avelo, we may collect a variety of information, including organizational or company names, personal names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, device IDs, IP addresses, location information, credit card information and social networking profile information. How does Avelo use personal information?

How to prevent the usage of Cookies and data collection by third parties
We leverage services of third parties to analyze the use of our websites and web applications and to advertise. Generally, the information collected about the use of our websites or web applications is transmitted to third party servers with the use of cookies. Depending on the third-party provider, these servers may be located abroad.

By registering for the newsletter, the user agrees that Avelo may use the collected personal data for marketing purposes. This particularly includes contacting the user via e-mail. Avelo’s goal is to inform the user in this way about our own products and events, among other things.

Users have at any time and free of charge the right to request information on their personal data stored by Avelo, or to revoke their consent to the processing or storage of their personal data. Avelo commits to delete a user’s personal data within 30 days of receipt of a corresponding request for deletion.
